30年土地问题获解决，普中有新地契
（普罗士邦3日讯）普罗士邦中学30年前悬而未决的地契问题，经过黄志威律师积极奔走下，引颈长盼的地契终于到手，让事情获得圆满解决。
董事主席黄梅燕指出，早起3名信托人陆续往生后，由于没有跟进转名地契的手续，一直拖延至今，如果没有积极处理，日后将会变成政府的土地。
她表示，董事会9个月前立即处理相关手续，并与日前成功获得地契，终于让她放下心头大石。
