Trademark
What is trademark?
A trademark is a distinctive symbol that identifies the goods or services of a particular business, setting them apart from those of other businesses. Trademarks can take various forms, including words (like personal names), symbols, designs, letters, characters, numbers, visual elements, colors, sounds, scents, the shape of products or their packaging, or a combination of these. For a sign to qualify as a trademark, it must be capable of graphical representation, allowing it to be officially registered.
