30 years of land problem solved!
(Pulau Sebang 3rd) SMJK Pulau Sebang, 30 years ago, the unresolved land lease issue, after lawyers actively rushed, the long-awaited land lease finally arrived, so that the matter was successfully resolved.
Ng Mei Yan, Chairman of SMJK PULAU SEBANG Board of Directors, and Lawyer Ng Kee Way pointed out that the three trustees had passed away in the early days. After they passed away, they did not follow up the processing of the transfer of the land deed, and it has been delayed until now. If they are not actively handled, it will change and become government land.
The current board chairman Huang Ng Mei Yan and Yang Zhao Song, and the chairman of the alumni association Chai Chang Xiu. Lim Gu Lai and Vice Chairman of the Family Association Chen Ming Jun, at a press conference yesterday, unanimously emphasized the need to obtain a new land lease, so that SMJK PULAU SEBANG has its own school land.
Ng Mei Yan pointed out that the board of directors is actively dealing with this issue. It took 9 months to complete the formalities of the new land lease, and relieved the burden finally.
She said that in a middle school in North Malaysia, it was very regrettable that the government took back the land without following up the land lease transfer procedures.
