Then this Tenancy Agreement is for one year, from January 2019 to December 2019. Then the tenant will pay TNB electricity bills regularly every month in accordance with this Tenancy Agreement. 

One day, for example, TNB will come to check the TNB meter of this shop in June 2019. Then he suspect you stealing electricity. So (TNB) it sent the Summons to the house owner. TNB said that the owner of the house had stolen electricity, so he sent this summon to the owner.

The owner must be taken aback. How is this possible? My tenant pays electricity fee every month. How could he steal electricity?
