Yesterday, court delivered judgment in favour of our client. Our client was sued by Tenaga Nasional Berhad on the reason that he has tempering the electricity meter in June 2018. The Tenaga Nasional Berhad claimed the lost from March 2013 to June 2018 using average method. Our client in fact never temper the electricity meter but rent it out to third party ie the tenant. We successfully defended and our client save more that RM400, 000!

Dr Oh Ei Sun is Principal Adviser for Pacific Research Center of Malaysia, and was Senior Fellow at the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, where he researches on the political economy of Asia Pacific, and Southeast Asia’s interactions with China.

Previously, Ei Sun served as Political Secretary to the Prime Minister of Malaysia. He was also senior research fellow & lecturer in various public and private universities in Malaysia, China, Australia and the United States. Ei Sun is a council member of China’s Overseas Exchange Association, and president of the Sabah Ma Zhong (Malaysia-China) Friendship Association.
